Season Blues

nikole noble - blues

I clearly write better at the butt crack of dawn. -_- I’m not sure what has been going on lately but I’ve been waking up around 3-4am consistently without meaning to. What I AM sure of is that this week is going to be one of the most busy weeks I’ve had and am going to have. Between work, shooting, blogging, and preparing for my extended trip (where it’s warmer than Texas, hallelujah!), it is going to be a race to Friday.

Even with all that going on,  I’m excited to get this post and look up. Casual yet stylish, light and airy I think it’s a great outfit to arrive in to kick off my tropical vacation. The top flows so effortlessly and is way too comfortable, if there is such a thing. My J Brand skinny jeans have been my go-to for YEARS although it is the first time I’ve tucked the hem in. I experimented with it and found out I liked the look so I will definitely be doing it again… gotta get creative right? Accented with brown tones and a leopard print heels, voila!

Now, I have a mind to switch my heels for sandals but I haven’t decided quite yet. I don’t want sand to get in my shoes. Stay tuned to my Instagram account (@nikolenoble) where I’ll reveal my final destination.

Top – Equipment via Nordstrom; Jeans – J Brand (Waltz; out of stock); Leopard heels – BCBG Paris via DSW Shoes

About the fit: The Equipment brand runs a loose in tops, I’ve found. I’m normally a S/M but purchased an XS. J Brand jeans run true to size and the Waltz style has some elasticity.
